MailHola is a platform that allows the users to create, schedule, and send emails to automate their marketing efforts. This service may not be used for spam emails. By signing up at MailHola, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Privacy

You grant permission that MailHola can send you emails occasionally about your account information or any other important updates via email.

Accounts, Passwords, and Security

You need to register at MailHola for sending emails to your users. It is the users’ responsibility solely to protect the password. Any kind of unauthorized activity with your account under your user name is your responsibility.

Appropriate Email Practices

You should send emails using our service to recipients who have permitted you to send emails to them. You cannot send emails to lists that you’ve purchased, rented, or leased from any third party.

Termination

MailHola reserves the right to terminate any account if users violate its Terms of use. In such cases, no refund would be provided to the users. You may lose your data related to your account.

We allow sending only relevant content that complies with CAN-SPAM act. You cannot send pornography, Forex, gambling, escort services, or any illegal goods promotional emails using MailHola. You can send emails to your lists only if the users have subscribed to your services or provided permission for sending emails.

Loss of data

MailHola will not be liable for any kind of data or information loss from your account. You should secure your account with a password and do not share it with anyone.

Refunds

Under no circumstances you would get the refund if your account is suspended because of violation of our policies. We do not refund the users if account is terminated for sending unsolicited emails. MailHola reserves the right to decide whether the refund requires to be approved or not.

We can modify or terminate any of our services at any time, without sending any notice to the users. MailHola can change the Terms and conditions at any time. Users are requested to review the Terms and Conditions on our website regularly.

Every email sent to your subscribers or users should contain an Opt-Out or Unsubscribe option where the users can click and stop receiving emails. Once the user unsubscribes, no emails should be sent to them again.
