By creating an account, you agree to our Terms of Use. You also agree to Anti-Spam policy.
To send emails to anyone through MailHola, you need to have the permission from the recipients. If the user has subscribed to your newsletter or has showed interest in your products or services, you can create a list and schedule emails.
You should not send emails to any kind of email database you have purchased, rented, or loaned from any third parties. You would need permission before sending such emails. Scraped or copied data from the internet should not be used to send emails from MailHola.
Every email you send using MailHola should have an unsubscribe link where users can click to unsubscribe from your list. Once the user unsubscribes, you can never email them back.
MailHola reserves the right to suspend the account of the user immediately if the user is found to violate the Terms and Conditions. If you try to run a campaign that has a high rate of spam complaints, we will terminate your account without your permission. We can contact you to provide us the valid proofs that the recipients have permitted you to send emails to them. If you fail to provide such proofs, you will not be able to use the service again.
